What is included in the price?
Price includes set up and take down of your personalized greeting. Orders may be subject to delivery and rush fees. Once we have processed payment you don’t need to do anything else except enjoy your front yard for 24 hours….and send us a picture if you’d like.

How will I find out if my date is available?
After submitting your order form, one of our sales representatives will email you within 24 hours to let you know if your date is available. If not, you have the option to schedule a different date or cancel the order.

What areas do you service?
Good Vibes Sign Celebrations services DuPage, Cook, Kane, Kendall, and Will Counties.

What if you are booked on the day I would like to purchase a greeting?
We will do our best to accommodate all of your requests but we can only run greetings when we have the available inventory. We recommend scheduling your yard greeting at least 24 hours out. Last minute bookings will be based on available inventory.

How long do custom orders take?
Custom sign orders need to be placed a minimum of 3 weeks prior to delivery. Custom banner orders need to be placed a minimum of 2 weeks in advance prior to delivery. We need the time to design your graphic, print and ship.

Do I get to keep my custom sign?
Once your custom sign is complete and installed, it’s yours to do with as you please! Enjoy it for a day. Enjoy it for a week. Keep it for next year. It’s up to you.

Do I need any special cords or outdoor power for the Light Up LED Signs?
If you have an outdoor outlet, we’ll take care of the rest! We bring all the necessary equipment with us to set up your sign. All you have to do is sit back, relax, and enjoy your evening.
