Rental Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to all products ordered through Good Vibes Sign Celebrations. Please read the terms and conditions carefully before placing your yard greeting order. Please understand that by ordering any of our products, you agree to and are bound by these terms and conditions:

1. PAYMENT.  Payment is due at time of booking and payment must clear within 24 hours of delivery. Payment information is transmitted over secure SSL encryption and is not stored.
2. CANCELLATION. In the event that you need to cancel your order prior to the day of delivery, we reserve the right to refund 1⁄2 of your payment or you have the option to reschedule for the full value paid. Cancellations made the day of scheduled delivery will not receive a refund.
3. RUSH ORDERS. Rush and same day orders will be accommodated with the following conditions:
• -Based on available inventory
• -Rush fee may apply
• -Orders placed within 24 hours of requested event day are not guaranteed
• -Order will be refunded if location is unable to complete order
4. INCLEMENT WEATHER. We will not be able to deliver your Good Vibes Sign Celebrations greeting if hazardous weather conditions that prevent set up and or take down. In the event of prohibitive weather or inclement weather, if we are unable to reschedule the greeting a refund will be honored. Inclement weather includes lightning/thunderstorms, heavy rain, high winds, sleet or heavy snowfall and/or icy road conditions, temperatures/wind chills below 20°F and any other Act of God that would put us or our lawn display in harm's way.
5. REFUND POLICY. Refunds will not be issued for the following:
• -If homeowner requests greeting to be removed.
• -Errors that occur on order submission.
• -The incorrect address is given.
• -Access denied to gated communities.
• -Any animals that prevent the display from being set up.
• -Circumstances that prevent us from setting up the display that are out of our control.
6. DELIVERY. The greeting will be delivered on the eve of your event date unless other arrangements have been made with Good Vibes Sign Celebrations. All prices include delivery, set up and take down of the yard greeting. Standard delivery times range from as early as 7pm or as late as midnight depending on the number of deliveries scheduled for that day. For a safe delivery, please follow the guidelines below:
• -Close blinds and limit barking dogs.
• -Make sure someone at home knows the signs will be delivered in the specified timeframe of your reservation.
7. WINTER RESERVATIONS. Winter reservations are weather permitting. Frozen ground prevents stakes from being installed. If you are booking a winter reservations, Good Vibes Sign Celebrations will test the ground the day before and contact you if the sign can be delivered. If a major snow storm, sleet, or ice is forecast for the area, signs cannot be delivered and a refund will be issued.
8. SAFETY. Please DO NOT allow anyone to play on or around the lawn greeting display. Display items will not safely support the weight of a child or adult leaning, sitting or playing on them. Please discourage all persons from playing on or around the display.
9. All Good Vibes Sign Celebrations greetings are meant to be pleasant surprises. Please remember to notify the homeowner that they will be receiving the greeting within 24 hours so that they can make arrangements. Homeowners need to turn off their sprinkler systems and notify yard service companies for the duration of the yard greeting. Please note, if the sign is given as a gift and the recipient(s) does not like it, these items are the property of Good Vibes Sign Celebrations. It is best to notify the honoree to not harm the display as you are still responsible for it.
10. All non-custom signs remain Good Vibes Sign Celebrations' property. Any damage, destruction or tampering with the Good Vibes Sign Celebrations signs is prohibited.  Signs should not be moved without consent from the owner. You are responsible for replacement of the graphic, letter or stake at full replacement value. Full payment for any signs that are damaged will be enforced.
11. Good Vibes Sign Celebrations and all representatives are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage that may be caused to any person or personal property during the set up or removal of any rental.
12. Good Vibes Sign Celebrations reserves the right to politely decline orders that are political, controversial, lewd, disrespectful, or that do not fit the celebratory nature of our business. Good Vibes Sign Celebrations is independently owned and revising requested wording or declining orders is done so at the owner's discretion. If an order is declined, a full refund will be given.
13. Good Vibes Sign Celebrations is not responsible for vandalism in the form of the yard greeting being altered to inappropriate or profane words or phrases.

By placing an order with Good Vibes Sign Celebrations, you agree to the terms and conditions stated above.
